Kenyan businessman Kennedy Rapudo has opened up on how he met his fiancée Amber Ray.
In an interview with Parents Magazine, Rapudo revealed that when he first met Amber Ray, she was trying to set him up with her friend.
Rapudo pointed out it was just a coincidence or just the right place at the right time since they met in a club where people used to chill during the COVID era.
"One day I was there, hanging out with some of my friends, we were seated at a corner just drinking and there was this lady who kept on looking at me. At the back of my head, I was like, 'Why is this chile constantly looking at me?' Kumbe that was Amber Ray. Basically that is how we first time we met."
Rapudo shared that he eventually got up and introduced himself to her but at the time she was seeing someone else.
"She kept looking at me because she wanted to hook me up with one of her friends but I was actually interested in her."
The businessman said he was patient for two years and when Amber Ray became single, she is the one who looked for him.
"Eventually, one day when she was available she called or texted me...can't remember. She asked me if I wanted to have a glass of wine and the rest is history."
The two have been together for a while and they have a one year old daughter.
