Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan has threatened to leave her husband Shakib for being insecure.

In a post shared on social media, Zari said she is tired of explaining herself to Shakib whenever her baby daddy Diamond Platnumz comes to visit.

She claimed that Shakib thinks the two are still in love, and this is causing alot of problems in their marriage.

Zari insisted that there is nothing going on between them since she already has a husband and Diamond Platnumz has a girlfriend. She added that they are over each other.

"Let me tell you something, If I want to get back with Diamond I can get back with him. If Diamond wanna get back to me he can be back, but we are so over each other. I don’t want him, he doesn’t want me, hence I have a husband, he has a girlfriend. But my husband is very insecure and that is causing a lot of problem. I have to do a lot of explaining. A whole boss lady, I have to do a live to just to prove a point to my husband."

The mother of five said she chose Shakib even though people think he is broke and not good enough for her. She however asked him to change his behavior or else she will find someone who recognizes her worth.


"I don’t care how you guys see him. ‘Oooh he is broke, he is not good enough’ I don’t care. I chose to be with him and he has to put me through this, my guy better change. If my guy who doesn’t recognize, if he doesn’t want to recognize who I am, shame, I will definitely find someone who is going to recognize my worth because I am worth so much more. I am not lying, unfortunately I am going to find someone who is going to replace you."

Zari also told female netizens eyeing Shakib to also go after him.

“You can have him. Expenses on you."

Trouble started when Diamond, her baby daddy, surprisingly showed up for their daughter’s birthday party.
