Kenyan gospel singer and preacher Linet Munyali popularly known as Size 8 reborn has opened up on separation with her husband DJ Mo.
At the beginning of the month, The mother of two left fans confused after announcing that she was single.
In a post on social media, size 8 who has been married to DJ Mo for 8 years, shared that sometimes marriage doesn't work and now she had started a journey of singlehood. A day later, size 8 unfollowed DJ Mo on Instagram.
Speaking on TV 47, During the latest episode of love in the wild, Size 8 said she believes in the institution of marriage and many people have been questioning why as a woman of God, she opted for separation.
She said that before announcing on social media that she is single, she had tried everything else and that decision was not easy.
Size 8 urged those watching not to judge others quickly but instead to pray for them, as they may not know the whole story.
“I Am In Pain It’s Not Easy To Leave Someone You Love, I Am Here Because I Don’t Have Any Other Choice But 1 Am Open For Reconciliation, Pray Me.”
She shared that she loves her husband so much and she is in pain because leaving someone she loves hurts. She however revealed that at the end of it all, she is open to reconciliation.
"I just want to put it there for people that the fact that I requested for a separation does no mean i don't' belive in it, that's why we do this show. Sometimes things don't work out. Right now we are in a bit of a crisis but am open if God brings reconstruction in my marriage, that will be my dream," she said."
Size 8 urged those who are struggling but still have hope to hold on and not give up too quickly.
DJ Mo is yet to comment on the matter.
