Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has announced a cash reward for people who will help with the termination of criminals who gouged out The Eyes of a Three Year old boy in Kisii.
Ksh 400,000 will be offered to police officers who will do the termination while Ksh 200,000 will be given to any member of the public who will provide leads and assist the police in finding the gang.
I've really been saddened by this sad incident & hereby offer kshs 400k (400,000/=) to any police officer/officers who will shoot dead the members of this notorious gang and if IPOA walete ujuaji I still offer to stand with the officers wale watadedisha hawa majangili washenzi.

Junior Sagini, a three year old boy from Ikuruma village in Marani Kisii county is admitted in a hospital after his eyes were gouged out by a notorious gang.
Doctors have confirmed that the boy will remain blind for the rest of his life.
