It is a sad day in the entertainment industry following the death of popular comedian and actor Ochonjo.
Duncan Ochonjo Succumbed after a short illness. According to fellow actress Sandra Ndacha, he was taken to the hospital on 3rd of May 2023 but he passed away on 10th may at 2am.
Sandra Dacha mourned the passing of not just her colleague but her friend.
" You embrace death because life does not exist without you. You have left some wonderful memories that will never fade from our hearts. Rest in peace my friend/colleague."
Duncan Ochonjo was a luminary in the comedy industry. In collaboration with fellow comedians Mike Wako and Onsongo, he created uproarious skits that resonated deeply with audiences.
He has made appearances in popular Kenyan shows such as "Kalausi," "Inspector Mwala", "Mazagazaga", "Njoro Wa Uba", "Vashita."
Ochonjo, was also an actor in Ramogi TV's Nyar Kochia series.
A close source has revealed that Ochonjo succumbed to liver-related complications and kidney failure.
