Mumias East member of parliament Peter Salasya has introduced the woman he was in a relationship with, years before he became a politician.
In a video shared on Instagram, Salasya shared that he was in a come we stay marriage but unfortunately it ended.
"Just met with my former wife we were in come and stay marriage 2016-2017 pale kakamega juakali , though tulikuwa tunachapana usiku tukisha lewa haha.And am happy she is doing fine in her business .Kumbe nilikuwa na taste and now we are just friends nothing more. Though mtu alikazalisha."
He went ahead to praise her for being so hard working and for owning a business which he swore to promote.
The lawmaker said maybe it was God's plan that the relationship ended because probably he would have focused on her beauty instead of pursuing his dream of becoming a member of parliament.
In April this year, Salasya disclosed that he wants three wives, despite rejecting numerous marriage proposals from ladies.
He recalled an incidence where a former lover broke his phone out of anger after prying into his phone and reading through his conversations.
“Nilikuwa na mwingine akapiga simu yangu ya elfu mia tatu ikapasuka. Aliona message. Messages zikiingia tu."
Salasya set the record straight on that, saying he would like to have a partner who allows him to “cheat peacefully”.
