In an interview with Trudy Kitui, Manzi wa Kibera said anything she did with Mzee was purely content and they were just acting.

She claimed that she used to pay his rent and also give him money after shooting content.

" We used to plan everything, he didn't have money or even a title deed like many claim. I used to sponsor him, he was old and needed the money, I brought him on social media so that we can entertain you guys. It was just content and now I regret."

In a previous interview, Manzi Wa Kibera said they met in 2022. She shared that the man has been a widower since his wife's death in 2007.

Wambo and Nzioki walked down the aisle in a ceremony attended by close friends in June last year.

The wedding took place after a public breakup. In an interview with Nicholas Kioko, Mzae said wambo returned his title deed and the two agreed to mend things and get back together.

The two also openly declared their love for each other and dismissed claims of clout chasing to gain publicity.

Sammy Ndunda Nzuki was given a simple burial ceremony. Chali wa Kibera emerged only to reveal Manzi wa Kibera was not part of the ceremony.

"I just want to inform you that Mzee Nzuki was buried today at Langata and there was no media presence because the family didn't want  media presence, walikuwa tu wanataka kupatia mzee a decent send-off without cameras. I and Manzi wa Kibera were not invited and I totally understand because maybe walidhani tukienda tunaeza enda na watu wa media."
