Kenyan media personality, Betty Kyallo has joined TV 47 after four years TV break. Betty shared the exciting news with her fans on social media as she expressed how happy she is to be back on the screens.

Betty is slated to assume the Friday Prime Time news slot and introduce a fresh segment after the bulletin, aiming to modernize the conventional news format.

"After close to 4 years. I'm back. TV47 is now my home. I can't wait to see you my lovely audience. This is my favourite stage! I missed it. Yaaaay! Betty Kyallo is a seasoned news presenter having served successful stints at Standard Group and K24.

While working at media max, Betty hosted prime time news on weekends which was succeeded by an entertainment news segment that saw her interview different guests.

The new job comes shortly after a notice of auction for items from her salon, Flair by Betty surfaced online.

The notice indicated that the items were auctioned as a result of rent arrears accrued by the salon.

The mother of one noted that she was at peace and she had to let it go despite the loss.
